The remanufactured rack and pinion assambley is supplied by the manufacturer ready for installation.
They include hydraulic lines with new O-rings, re-certified or new inner tie-rod ends, new pressure seals, new bellows, fasteners, and the replacement of seals and snap rings. Check valves are performance tested and the units electronic solenoids are performance verified. In addition, all MAVAL remanufactured rack and pinions are centered before leaving the test stand, reducing install time. Each rack and pinion have the MAVAL part number etched into the housing as well as a serial number for traceability
