The manifold can also be fitted to the NB 1,6l model with the following adjustments:

As you can see in our dyno /diagram, we were able to increase torque from zero to the end. Motor performance was also improved, because of the 4 in 1 design. The horsepower at 5300 rpm was increased by 4hp at the standard engine, so this manifold offers great potential for building up engines. Because of the torque and hp improvement the 1,6l NB/FL is more rev happy and drives more agile. The exhaust note is more throaty and a little bit louder.
The three part manifold for the 1,6l MK2,5 model from chassisnr:200.000 can be installed without a cable extention. Because of the three part design there is no stress in the system when installing. All gaskets and installation materials are included.
