MK3.5 2.0 header 4-1 with 200 cel steel catalytic converter

After the first test miles we now have strapped the MK3.5 to our dyno. Due to the changed pipe diameter and the pyramid in the collector, torque and engine power improved on the entire RPM bandwidth. Our test car in standard condition has 162HP and 188NM torque, with the new header installed this was raised to 170HP and 198NM torque. You can see the differences clearly in the performance chart, red is the standard car vs black with the new header installed. We will make a small design modification to the brackets after which the new header will be avalaible soon.
