Suitable for all NA, NB & NBFL models up to Fg.Nr. 200.000 ( Attention: not suitable for VVT engine ) we offer a set of high quality sports camshaft sprockets. I.L. Motorsport has used high-quality materials in the development and production. The pulleys are 16% lighter than the Genuine Mazda camshaft pulleys. The outer wheel, which is the running surface for the timing belt, is made of 6061 T6 billet aluminum. This material is also used in aircraft construction and is an extremely strong aluminum alloy. The surfaces are black anodized and achieve a high degree of hardness. 6 inlays on the center ring are made of an extremely hardened alloy and have hexagon socket centering screws with a minimum tensile strength of 12.9. To ensure that the hexagon socket screws can be tightened to the required torque, specially hardened helicoil inserts have been embedded in the outer wheel, allowing an exact adjustment range of the timing in steps of 2°.

Characteristics:
The adjustable camshaft sprockets are indispensable for performance-enhanced engines where optimum power is to be extracted. The valve timing can be precisely set and adjusted here in order to influence the performance characteristics.
The white scaling on the black background significantly improves visibility during adjustment work.
The running area of the timing belt is provided with a special surface hardening. This ensures that the timing belt always runs smoothly and wear is reduced, even at maximum speeds.
