Genuine mazda part, PCV valve or crankcase valve.
This valve transports unburned gasoline back into the intake for anew combustion cycle (piston seal is never 100% sealed).
When this valve is defective the pressure in other components of the engine often is not correct and will deviate from normal. Please also directly replace the rubber grommet / seal with partnumber NAB-701019
