I.L.Motorsport has responded to the demand of our customers and developped a short shifter for the MK3 and MK3.5 6 speed transmissions.
The extreme short shift reduces shift throw by 45% and allows for crisp and precise shifting.
The shifter is made from stainless steel and completely replaces the OEM shifter and gives you that sport car feeling when shifting through the gears.
Please note:
In order to make this shift throw shortening possible, a separate rubber bearing of the shift lever as it is the case on the original component was omitted.
Since our product was derived directly from racing, transmission noise can be transmitted in certain driving situations.
